Online Programming

With my online training programming, I am focused on helping you set PRs and take your training to new levels. My programming is available in 1-month and 3-month increments and it can also be set up as meet-prep specific if you want programming leading up to a meet. I use the conjugate principles that have helped me become an Elite level powerlifting training at Westside Barbell under legendary coach Louie Simmons. I have trained alongside some of the strongest lifters in the sport and my programming is centered around those principles that have been proven to set PRs. 

My online programming is unique to each person and each client gets a detailed program that includes a full list of exercises, sets and reps, and even percentages and suggested weights (when applicable) for each day. I take a hands-on approach with each client and am always available for questions in regards to movements, technique and any other issues. I will evaluate your lifts and the technique used each week, as you will send video of the main movements. From there, I will offer adjustments and suggestions before sending out a new week of training.

It is my goal to help you get the most out of your training and help you set PRs you never thought were possible.

Technique Review

With this service, I will help fix any technique issues you are having when it comes to either the squat, bench or deadlift. Even a minor technique adjustment can mean a significant improvement in the lift as well as reduce the risk of injury. I’ve been fortunate enough to train with and learn from some of the most knowledgeable lifters in the sport and I have become dedicated in helping others fix issues that are preventing them perform at their best.

You simply send video of the lift you are struggling with and I will review and offer detailed technique improvements to ensure the lift is being performed properly and optimally.


This one-time consultation can be done over the phone or in person at my facility, Showtime Strength and Performance in Newark, Ohio. With this consultation, we can go over any particular lift, technique or questions about programming. We can also discuss any questions you have about meet prep or anything related to the actual day of the meet.
