10 Lessons from our Clients

My favorite part about Showtime is the people we work with. Lifting weights is pretty cool, but the people in our community all have unique experiences which gives a different perspective. We work with people beginning their athletic endeavors and also people trying to add a few more quality years of living. There are things I’ve learned from all of them.

  1. Slow and Steady. Everything takes time. Don’t be a flash in a pan.

  2. Make your own Game. Give a 10 year old 4 different pieces of equipment and watch the games they create. Apply this to life.

  3. Expect High Value. High value things save time which isn’t replaceable.

  4. If something isn’t working, change.

  5. Good people do good things for good people.

  6. Consistent behavior out performs drastic behavior.

  7. Be vulnerable and real and get more in return.

  8. Set standards and priorities for your life.

  9. Control emotions.

  10. Kindness to everyone.
